My Personal Commitment: My personal commitment to my customers starts with the company I work for. Residential Mortgage has provided me with the best possible staff and equipment available to serve my customers needs. As a Loan Originator I have made a resolution to provide my customers with a comprehensive look at all of the loan options available. I understand the rigors and realities of relocating. I have made it my priority to remember you; the customer is the reason we are here. I have never had a job I have enjoyed as much. Having the opportunity to help my customers achieve the dream of owning a home is one of the most gratifying things I have ever had the opportunity to do. I graduated High School in Nuernberg Germany, and moved back to the United States with my parents. Upon returning to the United States I joined the U.S. Army in order to return to Germany. Growing up in the military afforded me the opportunity to live and visit several places across the United States and Europe. Though at times as a child and young man I was unhappy with the many moves, I have come to realize just how much they have enriched my life. Professional Highlights: Served in the U.S. Army from 1984 to 1991: After completing Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Ft. McClellan Alabama I proceeded to my first duty station in Germany. After serving approximately 2 years and in 2 separate duty stations I was then transferred to Ft. Lee Virginia. After completing my assignment in Ft. Lee I re-enlisted in the service for the opportunity to come to Alaska. I fell in love with the state of Alaska the minute I stepped off of the airplane at the Anchorage International Airport. I completed my tour in Anchorage and left behind my career in the military in order to remain in Anchorage Alaska. Realtor from 1990 to 1995: While still on active duty I obtained a real estate salesperson license. I transitioned into the real estate profession upon the completion of my military commitments. As a Realtor I held the designation of Broker/Associate and served the Anchorage/Eagle River area as well as the Mat-Su Valley. I worked in offices located in Eagle River and served on both the Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley Multiple Listing Services. Loan Originator from 1995 to Present: In 1995 I was offered the opportunity to work as a Loan Originator in Eagle River. I received my training and worked for 1 year in Eagle River, serving both the Anchorage and Eagle River areas. In 1996 I transferred to Wasilla and spent a year working in the Mat-Su Valley. I then transferred into Anchorage where I have remained. I continue to serve all three communities putting to use my knowledge and experience of the loan programs, which are specific to each area. Hobbies and Civic Activities: SnowmachiningHiking/Camping Boating Fishing I am on the Board of Directors for the Armed Forces YMCA and am a member of Business Network International.
